Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-16

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Flowmodoro (the “Service”), operated by Thibault Patrouillat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Flowmodoro is a task and calendar planner with a built-in flow timer. It lets you create tasks, organise them into projects, and schedule time blocks on a calendar. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Your account and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date. Notify us at thibault@patrouillat.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Infringe the rights of others or upload harmful or malicious content.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Thibault Patrouillat and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (your tasks, projects, and time blocks). You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display that content back to you as part of operating the Service.

6. Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thibault Patrouillat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the Service itself.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
